About Us
The Home Sweet Home Mission Statement
We believe that each resident should enjoy their life to the fullest in a homelike environment, with proper assistance as needed while being treated with respect and dignity at every stage of cognitive and physical ability.
Home Sweet Home is a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly that is licensed by the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Agency to accommodate six (6) residents at a given time. We are staffed by competent and well-trained caregivers:
Ali Dastgheib is the licensee/administrator. He has a degree in Psychology and a minor in Biology from UC Irvine. Ali has worked as a Clinical Care Extender (nurses aide) at Hoag Hospital in Irvine and Newport Beach, where the majority of the patients were elderly. He also was a Child Advocate at CAST (Child Abuse Service Team). A Child Advocate entailed accompanying and interacting with kids (1-18 years old) as they went through the process of the forensic interview with a social worker and Assistant District Attorney, medical exam, and therapy. He has publications in Developmental Psychology literature that addresses parent-child interactions, and conflict in the home environment.
Ester Narvaez and Linda Javier are warm, caring caregivers who are genuinely dedicated to offering personalized service willingly and with a smile.
